Maybe I can help. Below are some custom scrpts I designed to run in Rhino. They are specialized and run on there own
without AutoMate so they have there own install instructions, run out of their own specific directory, and may run in
only one Version of Rhino pending the program. They include the required DLLs, a help file, and the Dialog shown.
Polar Surface
Polar surfaces is a stand alown script and does not use AutoMate file structure. The download file has a help file, the Polar.exe
file and the Vdsrun40.dll file. Please make a Polar directory and unzip the files there. Close Rhino and run the Polar.exe file to
setup the program and register the plug-in. If you want to re-setup the polar plugin, delete the ini file, the program will
create a new polar.ini file. Once registered, the program can be run from within Rhino v2 or v3. Please read the
Polar.txt file before running the program.
You can input Plumb-Bob data, use a random data stream and build nominal pitch data surfaces for avalysis. The floor topography
map was made by moving the nominal floor surface to the lowest point. Then array was used at 10mm steps for 10 steps
to show the contour relative to a nominal floor with drain pitch. The array was set to transparent at 90% so each surface increases
by 10% in color depth. The topography is a deveation from nominal surface. The cookie is just for fun. Its two random surfaces
with different values and settings.
